Whitmer vs. Bennett ended in a No Contest after Bennett gave Whitmer a piledriver onto the apron. Whitmer was being attended to by medics and was stretchered out to the back. Our thoughts go out to BJ Whitmer, and we hope he’ll be ok.

Crowd was very quiet during the early goings of this one due to the conclusion of the previous match. Roderick Strong was able to defeat Taven with a Sick Kick followed by the Suplex Backbreaker. He’ll face the winner of Steen/Kendrick in the Quarter Finals.

Michael Elgin has advanced into the Quarter Finals where he’ll face Karl Anderson. He defeated London with a Buckle Bomb, followed by a backfist, then finally an Elgin Bomb.

ACH & TaDarius Thomas picked up a huge victory by defeating the Young Bucks and C&C Wrestle Factory in a Triple Threat Tag Team match. ACH got the win for his team after hitting the 450 Splash on Cedric Alexander.

Kevin Steen received a huge ovation from the Toronto crowd, and was able to defeat Brian Kendrick using the Sharpshooter. Up next for Kevin Steen will be Roderick Strong in the Quarter Finals.

ROH World Tag Team Championship
The American Wolves def. The Forever Hooligans *NEW CHAMPIONS*
Just one week after defeating reDRagon to become ROH Tag Team Champions, the Forever Hooligans had their first title defence against the American Wolves. Unfortunately for the Hooligans, it wasn’t a successful one. Eddie Edwards & Davey Richards were able to defeat Rocky Romero & Alex Koslov to become the NEW ROH World Tag Team Champions. The Wolves pinned Romero after Eddie hit a powerbomb onto the double knees from Davey. Former champions reDRagon will be getting their Tag Title rematch at Manhattan Mayhem V on August 17th.
