Today we received an update on Tommaso Ciampa’s status, after having surgery to repair a torn ACL he suffered at “Boiling Point” in August.
He said that today, Dec. 20, marks 12 weeks since he had surgery to repair the injury. He is currently rehabbing his knee; the physical therapy regimen includes bike sprints, squats, lunges, 30 yard runs, and jump rope.
“I am on the exact pace that I (personally) had envisioned,” said Ciampa, “Big things are on the horizon …”
Tommaso Ciampa recently made an appearance at Final Battle 2012 last Sunday, attempting to get involved after the Prince Nana vs. RD Evans match.
Everyone at ROHWorld.com wishes Ciampa a speedy recovery.
