Might be considered lame in some circles, but I enjoy fantasy booking. I take it Steven does too, given his "My ROH"-thread. Is there enough interest to warrant one, here?

If the interest is there then definitely. I enjoy doing the 'Creative Direction' articles on the site although I haven't done one for a while.

It's loads of fun, surprised by the lack of responses to be honest.

Do you play any booking sims such as EWR or TEW?

I used to play TNM back in the day. EWR/TEW is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too involved to be fun to me. I just like writing up stuff and what not. Not good at writing matches out move-for-move, mind, by I think I have a creative knack for fun storylines.

Never heard of TNM, is it still around? I like EWR, it's in-depth without being too time consuming whereas TEW is just a clusterfuck of stuff - way too much going on for me to handle.

I'm the same, I prefer to look at the big picture rather than specific matches.

TNM was the big deal back in the mid-to-late 90s. It started with TNM6. I can remember in the 8th grade, I had Art during the last period and I wanted to get home and sim my KOTR card with a Sting vs. Al Snow main event that I for whatever reason would be the bees knees.

TNM7 took it to a whole new level though. It's really about booking matches, but with the Interview Integrator plugin, the sky's the limit as far as storylines and angles go.

Bit of a pain to use though now since it was DOS-based. I tried starting something up with DOSBOX, but it wasn't worth the trouble.
