Yeah, people don't pay to watch a foregone conclusion, even if The Rock is wrestling. The problem is a good portion of wrestling fans don't care about their new generation and it's all down to them not having a vision and 100% getting behind them and putting their time into really building the future.D2Kvirus wrote:The same goes for the way they're somehow blaming Miz for Survivor Series' low buyrate - even though they spent weeks of free TV demonstrating how utterly inferior Miz and Truth were to Cena and The Rock, so why pay for the PPV when the result is more foregone than usual?
You always hear that Raw was changed 5 times in the hours leading up to the show, that's ridiculous they should have finished writing the show in advance of the day it goes live, Stephanie McMahon said recently that they have 30 writers, a Movie doesn't have that many, what are all these supposed writers doing that one or two people couldn't do? Most of them are probably yes men anyway that agree with whatever the guy next them says.
One of the reasons they were so successful in the late 90's was because they never looked at a quarter hour rating through a microscope like they do now, like last year when Del Rio dropped the belt to Cena because of a couple of slightly lower ratings only to win it back a couple of weeks later, it's ridiculous.
