On November 19, 2011 in Chicago Ridge at Glory By Honor X, The Young Bucks will get another chance to prove that they are the definitive future of tag team wrestling. Their only obstacle? Undoubtedly the most decorated tag team in ROH history, The Briscoes.
It’s a familiar story, both in general and specifics. Old Guard versus New Guard. Prototype versus Next Generation. It has been quite some time, over two years, since these two teams have squared off in an ROH ring. On that night, coincidentally at Glory By Honor VIII, The Bucks pulled off what was unquestionably their biggest ROH victory to that point. They are determined to prove that history does indeed repeat itself.
The Briscoes are unlikely to be worried about the past heading into Glory By Honor X. Quite the opposite; with their newfound rage and aggression, they are likely to be more focused than ever.
With so many top teams in contention for a shot at Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team, every victory is of utmost importance. Expect both of these teams to bring everything they have and leave it all in the ring. In fact, when The Young Bucks meet The Briscoes at Glory By Honor X, expect a war.
