*Spoilers* July 27th 2013 ROH TV Tapings

Before the tapings start, Bobby Cruise asks the fans in attendance to not flip the bird during the show. Good thing Charlie Haas isn’t around anymore.

Episode 1 (August 3rd 2013)

– Adrenaline RUSH (ACH & TaDarius Thomas) def. 3.0 (Scott Parker & Shane Matthews). ACH got the win after hitting the Cradle DDT on Matthews.

– Nigel McGuinness comes to the ring to discuss how he was forced to strip Jay Briscoe of the World Title. He says that honor has been restored to ROH now that the war with SCUM is over. McGuinness says that he’s going to put more focus on the World Tag Titles and bring in some of the best teams in the world. reDRagon interrupt Nigel and say their Proving Ground match with the Forever Hooligans should be scrapped and turned into a tag title match. McGuinness approves so we have a title match for the main event of the first show.

World Title Tournament Qualifier: Silas Young def. Adam Page & QT Marshall. Silas got the win and has earned a spot in the World Title tournament after rolling up QT Marshall.

– ROH Tag Team Titles: The Forever Hooligans (Rocky Romero & Alex Koslov) def. reDRagon (Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish) to become the NEW ROH World Tag Team Champions. Romero pinned O’Reilly to capture the gold.


Episode 2 (August 10th 2013)

– Michael Bennett w/ Maria Kanellis def. ‘Brutal’ Bob Evans. Cheeseburger came out to try and attack Bennett, but it backfired as Bennett gave him a piledriver.

– MsChif def. Jessie Brooks. Apparently the crowd in Providence weren’t big fans of this match.

– Michael Elgin, Kevin Steen & Tommaso Ciampa def. The American Wolves & BJ Whimter. Elgin pinned Richards following an Elgin Bomb.


Episode 3 (August 17th 2013)

Four Corner Survival: Brian Fury def. Vinny Marseglia, Todd Hanson & Kongo. Truth Martini was on commentary with Kevin Kelly for this one.

– Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander def. #PartyBoys (Mike Sydal & Zizou Middoux). They hit the Overtime on Middoux to get the win.

– Before we kick off the World Title Tournament, Nigel McGuinness brings out Cary Silkin and Joe Koff to talk about how import the ROH World Title is.

World Title Tournament Round One: Jay Lethal def. Sonjay Dutt via Lethal Injection.


Episode 4 August 24th 2013)

– TV Title: Matt Taven def. Brian Fury to retain the TV Title after a Headlock DDT and a lot of outside Hoopla.

– Michael Elgin comes out for a promo. He says that the 15 others in the tournament should be worried about him. This brings out Kevin Steen, who Elgin claims can’t beat him. Michael Bennett is the next out, who says that all he can see in the ring is the past of ROH, whereas he is the future. Finally, Tommaso Ciampa comes out and says he’ll be the next world champion. This leads to security and officials separating everyone.

– World Title Tournament Round One: Karl Anderson def. ACH via Ace Crusher.

– World Title Tournament Round One: Adam Cole def. Mark Briscoe via Jay Driller.
