*Spoilers* Matches Announced For ‘Showdown In The Sun’‏

After last night’s TV tapings in Baltimore, we know two more matches for the Wrestlemania weekend shows in Florida.

Firstly, Kevin Steen will face his old nemesis El Generico on Day One. Steen and Generico feuded for the whole of 2010 before Steen lost a ‘mask vs. ROH career’ match at ‘Final Battle 2010’. He managed to win his job back at ‘Final Battle 2011’ after defeating Steve Corino but after the match, hit a piledriver to Generico through a table. Generico hasn’t been heard from since but Jim Cornette announced last night that Steen would take on Generico once more at ‘Showdown in the Sun: Day One’.

The second match announced will see former Future Shock partners Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly face off on Day Two. O’Reilly challenged Cole after Cole had defeated Chris Silvio in last night’s tapings – O’Reilly was on commentary for both of Cole’s matches during the tapings and this will surely be an interesting bout.

Lastly, it is rumoured that Kevin Steen will take on Eddie Edwards on Day Two. We’re awaiting confirmation on this but Steen apparently said that he wanted Eddie to win the title match on Day One so their match on Day Two was for the belt. This does conflict somewhat with reports from the last tapings that have not yet aired so we will try and get confirmation on this one as soon as we can.
